Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden color with a fizzy white head. Aroma of light malts, lemon, fruit, and a hint of tartness. Flavor is sour and tart with lemon zest, yeast, earthy hops, and a touch of citrus. medium body with a tart and dry finish.

Bottled. Very light in body, peachy, lacto. Some fresh dough, some granny smith apples. The body is quite lovely and this is easy drinking, though there is a muddy note towards the finish that is a bit odd. Very reminiscent of a good berliner weisse. Nicely done stuff here. Definitely not an ager.

9/9/08 at Max’s on Broadway, 350 ml bottle. Pours yellow/orange with no head. Nose is slight apple, pear, vinegar. Taste is apple, vinegar, and sour with citric acid notes, lemon and grapefruit. There’s a bit of an oaky quality. Wow, this is a crazy tasty sour. I really don’t know what else to say. Yummy and ISO! Body is a bit thin, but not necessarily lacking.

This is a pretty solid sour beer. Orange in color, a good strong sour bite throughout. The finish smoothly disintegrates from the sourness. Quite nice.

A hazy golden colored beer, with a beatiful white foamy head. It disappears soon. The aroma of smells lik sweet fruit, yeast, sour notes and a little wood. The taste is dry sour, fresh fruits like citrus and makty. The aftertaste stays for a while and is warm

pours a cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma has vinegar, leather, funk, and sour apple. Taste is very tart and clean, with sour fruit notes and lively carbonation. Clean finish, and really awesome.
