Commercial Description:
This blonde and slight sour ale is the result of a research combining Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Pediococus Cerivisae from Wyeast and some skills out of the Wild Woesten.
Special beer by Struise as a tribute to Lembeek brewers.

Pours an orange amber color with a thin white head. Sour apple vinegar and a slightly oaky aroma. Thick sweet candy malt taste, yet very light with lots sourness and tart apple. Very nice and delicate with almost no finish, very clean. An outstanding beer.

330ml bottle. The aroma is very lambic like, some wet hay, and some nice crisp hops with a good amount of sour funk. Flavour is again sour, but there is a sour apple juice like finish. Ends quite tart, and interesting take, some nice hops, and a very tripel type beer, but sour, i like it!

750ml bottle, hazy blond hue, with a thick white head, funky, wet oaky nose, with some sour rhubarb, green apple notes, with some barnyard, horseblanket and musty aromas follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a nice fruity green apple sourness, character, with some funky brettanomyce accents, with a musty, faint zesty lemony note, leading towards a mild fruity, tart, sour finish.

11.2oz bottle. Leathery, fruity, earthy, musty, and bright aroma’s. Taste is sour orange, onion skin, and lemon zest. Quite intense, but wonderful. The tartness is quite apparent but never unwanted. This is very nice.

Draft @ kulminator :Light clear gold with fast dissapering head. Fruity aroma with notes of citrus and green apples. Some wood develops in mouth. Flavour starts sweet, but sourness wins. Dryness in finish.
