(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy golden body with a medium-sized white head. Aroma of barnyard, apple, mustiness, and citrus. Flavor of citrus sourness, funky, and earthiness with a dry wood finish.

Bring on the funk, drinks almost like a cider. not my favorite type. Super tart, rind, maybe with the right food

Bottle shared with Alex & John of Boulevard brewing. Cloudy & hazy golden color. Funky earthy aromas. Tartness. Sour. Taste is again funky, sour, tart & complex. Pretty complex & intersting

Slightly hazy golden pour with nice carbonation and a smooth head. Intense earthy vinegar aroma with lots of and lemony citrus. Tart sour flavor thats just right. Very lemony with some woodiness to back it. Nothing too complex, but tasty and refreshing. Pretty good sour, though I’ve had better.

Pours hazy gold with a bit of orange in the center, white fizzy head that thins out quick. Nose is sour, citrusy-lemon. Taste is a soft, round tartness, with an underlying, very subtle citrusy sweetess, and a clean, slightly sour, lemony finish. Very softly carbonated.

Clear dark gold body with a fleeting whit head that leaves a nice lace easily. Tart, sour apple aroma. A nice balance of tart and sweet. No hops in this one. Clean, light , refreshing.

Hazy golden pour with half inch white head that sticks around for awhile. Tart cherries, lemon, and some oak on the nose... very promising and tart smelling. Doesn’t quite follow through on the palate, though it’s still quite nice. Neither as funky nor as sour as expected, but a solid brew. Very drinkable.
