Commercial Description:
This blonde and slight sour ale is the result of a research combining Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Pediococus Cerivisae from Wyeast and some skills out of the Wild Woesten.
Special beer by Struise as a tribute to Lembeek brewers.

Pours a lovely clear orange-gold with pretty much no head or carbonation, although it is slightly prickly on the palate. Rose-like perfume on the nose along with crabapple bite and yeasty weirdness. Full and tingly on the palate, with plenty of sour passionfruit, leathery must, finishing tart and moreish, with a faint smooth grassy finish. Quite pleasant.

Complex aroma is fairly lemony. Distinct cidery flavor is very nice. Not too tart, very drinkable.

Thanks Dave. The beer pours to a hazy yellow body with a thin white head and nice visible carbonation. The aroma is pineapple, sour yeast/malts, subtle toast, some other fruit like mango. The flavor has a subtle metallic component with a sour blonde base. Pineapple. A tart acidic palate. Light bodied.

Orange color, a bit hazy, no head. Sourish, Brettanomyces and grapefruit aroma. Sourish, fruity, grapefruity brew with brett and raw gooseberry notes. Almost light session lambic. Very tasty.

Bottle shared by emacgee and aubreya. Thanks again, yall. Medium golden pour with a white head and good, solid lace. Nose is lightly tart, must, lemon, and citrus. Flavor is lightly sweet, earthy, dry, slightly watery at times. Good, but not great.

Bottle from Mystery Beer swap 3.0. Pours a hazy golden color with a fluffy off-white head. Aroma of citrus, spices, and yeast. Taste is semi sweet, with an earthy lemon sourness. Has a crisp dry finish.Very nice and easy to drink. I really enjoyed this beer.

Pours an off yellow color w/ a large white head and some nice lacing, lots of precipitate floating. Aroma was definatelly sour... is this a belgian ale really? I got some lemon zest and other sour fruits definate bret inside, along w/ a hint of bread. Tart palate well carbonated. Flavor had first a sour earthy leather and barn going on.. once past that there was a good fruit... a bitter apple skin, lemon zest and maybe even a touch of grape in there. Very nice twist.
