11.2oz bottle purchased at Max’s Taphouse in Baltimore. Very cloudy, yellow, orange body with a cloudy white head. Smells sour, funky, with hay, perfume, lemons and plenty of yeast. You can really sense the Brett in both aroma and flavor. Flavor has tons of fruit though, lemons, grapefruit, grapes, pears, granny smith apples with some barnyard funk along with it. Some lasting citrus with extra carbonation. Smooth and drinkable and a funky twist produces a non-traditional Belgian beer.

Rich amber, small brief head. Sour sharp aroma. Extremely sharp taste - the very first sip was like biting on a handful of needles. Some candy sugar too. Quite complex taste once the initial shock dies down. The palate is obviously pretty sharp, and feels quite fizzy despite the fact there’s no actual fizz. Slight woody nature, some almond, and some pencil sharpenings. Quite a short finish, which is a shame as it’s very nice in the mouth. Some yeast added near the end, and all that did was add a bit of soapiness. Better without yeast IMHO.

(Bottle at Pikkulintu on 2008-05-15) Golden colour. Hazy. Hardly any head. Sour nose. Acidic palate but no fizziness. Fruity taste. Sour but not as sour as some lambics. Nice.

Wow what a shock and great suprise this beer was courtesy of mcbackus! Aroma was yeast, light fruit and a hint of funk. Pour was a beautiful hazy light gold with a 3 finger pillowy white head that stayed the whole glass. Taste was a slap in the face. I was expecting the usual sweet fruity Belgian ale. This was sour, yeasty and dry with white grape a hint of pear and a bitter aftertaste. Very nice!

Poured a translucent peachy golden brew, sediment lended some haze. The head is about a finger thick, white and frothy. The nose is very fruity, sweet, peaches, lightly tart, vinous, some grape. The flavor is initially tart, a bit thin and watery in the mouth, a little vinous, grape, lightly fruity, sour, grape. Lightly tart and sour palate and finishes very abrupt.

Holy eucalyptus Batman! Golden in color with eucalyptus dominating the nose and some tart citrus hiding behind. In the mouth it is sharp and tart with lots of refreshing carbonation. This is a wonderfuly refreshing beer with a nice finish.

A dirty orange beer. Aroma is fruity with heavy notes of mold and funk. The flavour is sour, with an initial pang of citrus leading to brett and a complex but subtle aftertaste of farm.

Bottle, thanks to mgumby! Hazy blonde, minimal head. Lemon. Graham. Apple. Biscuit. Pear. Clean, thin finish. Quaffable. Lemon pith. Orange spritz with a sprig of mint. Yummmmmm.
