It is sour, slightly complex with hints of sour apples and lemon zest, and looks nice in the glass, but the pedio is a little bit overwhelming and the FG is just too much to enjoy. I think a bit more brett might even the beer out, but over all it was a nice precursor to some Cantillon and 3F offerings. ditmier (1110), Boise, Idaho, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 28, 2009 Sour ciderish aromas, light apples and fruit, some light vinegar, some lime. Rosy orange color with almost no head, anyway it disappeared quickly. Sour apple flavor with some sweet pickled juices. Sweetness is there for balance. Palate is rather light and crisp. Duration is short and fruity. Refreshing. joshpiledean (227), Ames, Iowa, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 27, 2009 Pours with a orange-ish amber color, no head. Yeast floating around in the glass, collecting on the bottom. Aroma is citrusy, yeasty, and sour. Some lambic-barnyard notes in the nose as well. Flavor is yeasty, citrus and sour, leaves a lambic yeast flavor on your tongue. Light mouthfeel, but not too watered down. A decent sour beer. AskForJenny (655), Ontario, New York, USA
| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jun 26, 2009 0.33l - Internal glow of the gold liquid is wonderful. Hazy liquid under a wisp of a head. Coder vinegar dominates the nose. Sourness is dominant flavor but it’s not punishing. This is really good! hirigalzkar (588), Stockholm, Sweden
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 31, 2009 Bottle. Ap: Semi hazy yellow. Ar: Vinous sweet and sour character. Crisp citrus touch. Fla: Kind of sweet actually (for a sour). Some oaky smokey thing going on in the aftertaste. Not very dry or funky. Fruity balanced with a nice citrus touch. Smooth. Ov: Very drinkable sour. I think that this good is really good for beginners who wants to learn to drink this kind of sour beers. polomagnifico (535), Saginaw, Michigan, USA

Hazy golden color with orange tinge, fizzy white head which quickly went to nothing. Apple, tart fruit, funk barnyard, a bit of spice, abd some mustiness. Good sour, nothing incredible though.
