This blonde and slight sour ale is the result of a research combining Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Pediococus Cerivisae from Wyeast and some skills out of the Wild Woesten.
Special beer by Struise as a tribute to Lembeek brewers.

Courtesy TheCheeseMan. Hazy orange/gold. Small white head. Fruity (apple, pear, apricot), tart, lightly sour, dry. Refreshing. Cider like. Solid.

Bottle from Jason. Thanks bud. Tasted along side a De Dolle Oeral. Fizzy, lemony and not something I would by again unless it was on the sale rack for less than 2 dollars.

Bottle from stateline, my weekend kickoff beer. Pour was a flat golden color, weak to nil lacing, sour ale-like. The aroma was tart apples and grapes. The flavor was all of that with some severe lemon-lime notes playing among it all. Thin mouthfeel, acidic clean finish, musty aftertaste. Expecting something a little more hearty or full, this let me down, a lot like a radler in its water-down (lemon-aded down) aspects, really just lacked a punch, although I like several of their other brews.

$10 330mL bottle from Liars club. Nice sour lactic acid mouthfeel. A little bit of sweetness. Reminds me of Rodenbach. Silky smooth mouthfeel. Light yellow color. Mild peach like aroma. Easy to drink. Yum!

330 ml bottle. Big good-looking white head. Foggy golden colored body. Sour apples, bubblegum and mint to the nose. Taste is sourish citrus/berry. Dry astingent mouthfeel. Not very filling. Empty finish, but goes well down though...

Bottle. Hazy golden with a white head. Apple, barnyard, grape and a bit of hotel soap in aroma. Flavour is slightly sour and fresh with notes of apple, adding sweetness and a nice amount of citrus. A frutiy bitterness in the end. This is a perfect beer for the summer!
