Commercial Description:
This blonde and slight sour ale is the result of a research combining Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Pediococus Cerivisae from Wyeast and some skills out of the Wild Woesten.
Special beer by Struise as a tribute to Lembeek brewers.

Abonused bottle from pantanap. Thanks Kan! Pour is a brilliant orange with a small, oily white head. Aroma is funky, sour, fruit and yeast. Flavor is very interesting...tart and sweet at the same time. Medium bodied and pretty smooth. Decent brew, but not my fave from Struise.

This could be a great beer to wrestle before dealing with some heavy guezues, that takes a little more guts. Its closer to a lambic than a sour ale as it is pronounced in the description. A nice golden body with a quickly fading head. The taste of sour grapes is simple and not very complex. The nose is nice with tones of fresh vinegar and sour fruits.

Bottle poured into trappist glass. Very haxy apple juice color with pretty much no head. aroma is tart apple juice and lemon. A sip brings a pleasant fiz to the tip of the tongue with a rush iof tart apple and lemon flavors, like a sour candy. Very juicy and tart. Finishes like a mild green apple with some pleasant grassy notes. A sweet wheat flavor slowly developes as it warms. A real classy beverage.

Bottle poured a clear gold with a small lasting creamy white head. Aromas of sour apple, vinegar, light barnyard and light leather. Palate was light bodied, crisp and tart with a dry finish. Flavors of applle, barnyard, lemon and light leather with a crisp dry lingering tart finish.

Fruity nose, some citrus with a hint of strawberry I think. Pours a hazy gold orange with a thin head. Flavor starts sweet then moves to sour on the finish. Very clean. Well carbonated. Reminds me a lot of lemon juice on the finish. Strange but good.

33cl bottle. pours clear light golden with white head that didn’t last long. a big vinous chardonnay notes and some bretty lactic sourness in the nose. flavors are pretty much the same although not quite dry enough and more lactic than spritzy sour so this doesn’t quite quench the palate like you’d want a brett beer to do. sorry but there’s too much white grape character in the flavor and not enough brett. i’d recommend aging this for 6 months. watery body and undercarbonated, just isn’t lively like you want wild beers to be. i’m sorry but this doesn’t work. not a bad wild beer but there’s many done better than this.

Cloudy, golden-orange color. Aroma has some sour citrus, apple, fresca, and flowers. Taste is gently sour with some citrus acidity, appley-gueuze, some herbs and pepper, and light brett. Good mouthfeel - would have with a salad regularly if not for the price. Not crazy sour, but pretty good.
