Commercial Description:
This blonde and slight sour ale is the result of a research combining Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Pediococus Cerivisae from Wyeast and some skills out of the Wild Woesten.
Special beer by Struise as a tribute to Lembeek brewers.

Hazy amber, sweet & tart, fruity, citrus, little funk, little grassy, dry finish.

11.2 ounce bottle in pint glass. Orange with ring head. Funky melon orange honey aroma. Very funky flavor with lingering funky funk nad some fruity sugar sweetness. Medium body and medium low carbo. Not really enough interesting beer flavor to support all that funk.

330 ml bottle from Liquor Max in Loveland, CO. Light fruity aroma with a hint of sour. Medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is lightly sour with light stone fruit flavors. Seems a bit grapey. Very light funk in the finish. Quite astringent. Very pleasant.

Dark yellow colored with cloudy appearance. Little vanishing white head. Sweet-sour lemony aroma with apricot and berries also. Medium bodied. Flavor is drier with wooden lemon dominating, sour palate indeed. Well, goes along with Foufoune I just had.

Dark gold in colour with moderate carbonation. Aromas of grapple, funk, and a bit of lemon. More tart than sour in the mouth, with a more focused green apple flavor and a bit of surgary sweet malt. A bit watery and flat, but the tartnes makes up for a bit of the lack of carbonation. Not too bad, but I was expecting more.

Crushed with Jakebra in celebration of Obama winning. So excited to get this. Damn. Smells like a old man took a bath in some white wine. Very musky yet appealing at the same time. Sour grape flavor fades into a very crisp, dry, fantastic finish. Sexy brew.

Golden amber. Steady carbonation but just a thin ring of head. Sour salty scent. A hint of sweetness before the sourness hits in the mouth. Unfortunately the sourness seems to fade and be a little quiter and thinner than expected.

Pours a straw color with a thin white head. Aroma is sour, tart grapes, and some funk. Taste is sour, green grapes, horse blanket, and finishes dry. What a standard sour should be.
