Commercial Description:
The Bush-Wacker is an American Wheat: Light, dry, unfiltered, and very smooth. At slightly over 4% alcohol with a mild hop profile, it's the perfect way to quench a thrist on a hot day. The subtle fruit esters from the fermentation compliment its high coefficient of chugability.

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a light pleasant biscuitty malt, fruity, caramel. In mouth, a classy wheat ale with light grainy notes. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, August 16 2009.

From Hops in Humboldt, in Fortuna CA this came a light and cloudy yellow with medium white head and light lacing . Nose is of wheat and some citrus. Light mouthfeel. Flavor is slightly sweet and the finish is dry. Actually fairly easy to drink.

This is a decent, rather typical American wehat ale: not bad, but nothing interesting, either. To me, beers like this a basically competitors to basic pale lagers and I’ll almost always choose the latter since I usually find them more interesting and enjoyable. Faintly cloudy gold, it has a medium white head that soon srhinks to a thin top. The aroma is light grain and with a hint of pine. The taste is mostly light grain but it has a citrusy hint and a light bite. It’s slightly watery and very faintly rough on the toungue but it’s druinkable and pleasantly light
