Aroma of caramel, toffee, tobacco, and dark bread. Sweet toffee flavor with chocolate notes and some light vinous acidity. Medium body with palatable residual sugars. Good, solid doppelbock. Dark brown and clear, thick creamy head settles to a thin even layer of flim. Nutty, oatmeal, malty aroma. Very bread-like aroma. Creamy medium to full bodied, low carbonation.
