On tap from the taphouse. Excellent banana, clove, spice, bread, and slight smokiness make this a winner. Very refreshing.

Had at the brewery/resturant. After the first taste I said, now this is what a Hefeweizen tastes like! There's a lot to be said for beer that hasn't travelled half way around the world, very fresh presentation aided by the atmosphere. Nose was crisp with sweet malt overtones. Rather light bodied with the flavor of wheat, very refreshing with the meal. The finish was smooth, sweet and slightly (spice) warm. Excellent. Had on my 21st birthday, so I was in good spirit.

Very subtle. It's got that juicy-fruit flavor, but also a tad of spice.

Cloudy peachy color with a moderate foamy head. Wheat and yeast nose. Sweet wheat and mild malt flavors. Mild floral hops and a touch of bubblegum. Lacks spiciness of a true hefe, but a solid somewhat clean wheat.
