Nov 24, 2007 Clove, coriander and banana nose. Very soft and crisp palate with very soft hop bitterness. Nice crisp clean session wheat.

Jun 22, 2007 Deep golden color; very fine, soft head. Moderate clovey aroma accented with some ripe bananas. Sweet, yeasty flavor (more banana goodness) with a light sour edge.

Jun 2, 2007 On tap at the brewpub in Davis, CA. 16 ounce sample. Clove-like, banana yeasty esters in the nose. A bit of floral aroma also makes a presence. This is rather aromatic and quaffable. Transparent golden body with a small, wispy whitish head. Spritzy citrus, lemony astringency to start. Becomes more banana-like with some cereal graininess in the middle. Finishes with some light, metallic hoppiness late. Flavorful, crisp, refreshing. Thankfully, this is not their hefeweizen that is just filtered.
