Sep 29, 2003 Light golden with a tall popcorn colored head. Aroma of pale malt and noble hops. Starts with thick pale malts and finishes with clean hops kick. You need good malt to make this type of brew work and they certainly hit this one.

Aug 4, 2006 Bottle: Lager: Gold, nice head and lacing. Nose of light citrus and metal, light malts. Flavor of light sweet malts and a floral tail. Finishes lightly bitter. Decent, everything is light, but it’s clean. I can respect the maltiness in a helles, but the metal in the nose is odd.
