| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 13/20 | May 21, 2009 A very satisfying session brew, with lots of flavor. Not a particularly nice looking pour, but no negatives there. Aroma fruitier than your standard lager. Flavor buttery, toffee, quite sweet. Well hopped for the style, perhaps a tad heavier on hops than expected. I enjoyed it. unclemike (833), Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 22, 2009 Deep amber color with a light creamy head. Aroma of malt toast nearly ideal, unfortunately there is a touch of oxidation. Munich malt flavors throughout with just enough hops to cut the sweetness. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 20, 2009 From a $7.99 six pack from BevMo that poured a clear copper with a thick off-white head and good lacing rings. Nose is caramel malts with some ripe fruit notes. Rich and chewy mouthfeel. Flavor is toward the sweet side, and the finish is the same.
