Herbal, citrus and floral nose with a bit of biscuit. Mildly sweet and bitter palate. Clean and bitter finish.

Tasted on tap at the Bistro 2006 2xIPA festival. Deep hazy orange color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A medium bodied Imperial IPA. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are citrusy and floral. Nice hop bitterness, but more sweetness on this one. Very drinkable IPA. Nice balance. Slight touch of alcohol bite. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
