Nov 24, 2007 Beautiful nose of mild honey, herbal hops and mild biscuit. Full and round mouthfeel with a very pleasing bitterness and soft herbal hop flavors. Clean and honeyed finish.

Nov 13, 2007 Draft. Hazy gold beer with a small white head. LIght grasssy, light biscuity malt aroma. Grassy, spice, and light malt flavor. Medium body. Lingering grass and slight citrus. Not bad.

Oct 19, 2006 On tap at the brewpub last week. .3L sample. Aroma has plenty of cereal, grainy, biscuity notes present. There is also a nice, but delicate, crisp, metallic and citric hop aroma present. Nice aroma. Moderate/mostly ahazy golden yellow color with an off-whitish head. Fair lacing. Dry, cereal-crunchy, grainy, start. Turns metallic and mildly bitter in the middle with some spicy noble hops to finish. A refreshing and flavorful pils.
