Hazy pale amber-gold pour. The nose is lightly sweet with just a lot of pale malt character. A kiss of herbal hops and a bit of DMS. Pretty basic brew.

Bottle. Light smells of roasted grain, herbs, and toffee. Head is small, frothy white, with spotty lacing and is mostly diminishing, Color is a deep golden amber. Flavor starts lightly sweet and acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery, and has a lively carbonation with a slightly drying finish. An okay Golden Ale and a fairly easy drinking beer.

bottle: smells hyper sweet caramel. Golden amber and slightly hazy. basically no head. Thin and not much flavor. Has a tea like quality in the finish, I assume because of the hops. A bit metallic and coppery. This beer has potential, but needs work.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Gilly’s, 11/10/09

Aroma: The aroma on this one is somewhat light with grainy and hop characteristics
Appearance: It pours a clear godlen color with a bubbly white head
Flavor: The flavor is mostly grain and corn with a light hop backing
Palate: This beer is fairly thin, but not overly so, with a decent mouthfeel compared with my expectation
Overall Impression: This beer is alright, I guess, fairly light, but it had more body then I expected. For the style, they didn’t do a horrible job, it just doesn’t go too far. I’d call this a highly average brew, nothing over the top, but better then the macros it might be competing against.

Golden orange color slightly hazy. Carmamel malts with a very slight hop balance. A little watery but drinkable. Drank in the hot sun so was not that bad. Very cold was a bit refreshing. A little lingering corny taste.

Under-carbed caramel malt, some sweetness and more bitterness than I expected. The only thing that made it worth drinking was to have it at St. Nick’s pub.

Bottle. Pours a golden body with a white head. Herbal hop resins, some light malt. Lightly bitter and metallic. eh.
