Really ugly murky mud-beige appearance. Vague strawlike malt aorma with lots of footy yeastiness. Somewheat astringent and a little spicy. Lots of old house dank yeast. If that’s what they are trying to accomplish, I’m at a loss as to speculate why.

Bottle at Spring Brewtopia 2005... Clear, yellow ale with a floral nose. Slightly malty and fairly well-hopped. Some honey and toffee notes. Medium-bodied and very creamy with fizzy carbonation. Lengthy, crisp, bitter finish. This one came toward the end of two long tasting sessions and impressed me somewhat. It held it’s own. Should do the folks north of Central Park proud... Harlem Brewing Co. was the brewer listed.

Bottled. Pours gold with no discernable head and a ring of small bubbles. Smells of sugar, apples and straw. Tastes of chewable vitamins, oranges and pepper. Very foregttable.

Hazy pale amber-gold pour. The nose is lightly sweet with just a lot of pale malt character. A kiss of herbal hops and a bit of DMS. Pretty basic brew.

Dirty hazy golden ale with a thick dense white head. Strong grassy herbal aroma, with some malts. Very restrained hops over a grassy malt and a light body, mineral notes more like a pils.

Poured a hazy dark straw color with a quickly diminishing small white head. Aroma is pungent, cardboard, and lightly sweet/fruity. Starts fruity sweet and then very quickly goes to a moderately strong odd bitter finish. Dry and light to medium bodied.
