Cask@GBBF 2009. Clear amber color, small white head. Fresh wood aroma. Apple, fresh wood in the flavor. Apples make this a bit similar to East European lagers ...

bottle from Darts Farm Exeter. After opening the beer is all over my table. Hazy golden yellow, enormous amounts of foam all over the place. Hoppy nose. Lovely hoppy profile with a solid malty background. Pleasant, hoppy bitter and aromatic. Very lively carbonation. A good one.

Cask conditioned at Drayton Beer Fest ’07. Red amber with light head. Richer malty beer, full bodied but quite heavy, bready, yeasty in the flavour, lightlate hop, some alcohol nose.
