| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Sep 2, 2005 On tap at Old Chicago. Aroma is average, appearance is average. Malty flavor, but nothing that hits me as an extraordinary beer. Average beer, nothing super interesting here. Slightly watered down. Somewhat mediocre for a Summit offering. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 1, 2005 Tap at Old Chicago, Minnetonka. Not much aroma. Some roasted malt notes. Relatively faint nose with some milk. Clear, reddish amber body. Some visible carbonation. Slightly off-white head and nice sheet lace. Limited hop profile. Fresh, clean, and good; just not overwhelmiing. A slightly above average microbrew. I’m guessing that this wont be available much longer as we head into Fall. Wait, St. Paul, Minnesota? What are they doing at the Oregon Brewers Festival? Smells grainy and I suppose slightly roasty. Hmm, tastes like a generic, dry amber beer with light bitterness. Average body and just not doing anything on the palate. Clear, amber color. Light tan head. Wow, just nothing of interest to report with this blasé beer. Not a good way to end this festival on, so off I go in search of a good beer. Kinz (2213), Glen Allen, Virginia, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 28, 2005 Draft at MSP airport. Nice that they had something from these guys there. Particularly nice after being at a conference held at a dry casino. When I’m not a gambler. Ugh. Medium amber color, slight head. Faint hop aroma. Light biscuit malt flavors with a balancing hop bitterness. No real hop flavors were defined, however. Light bodied, but overall it was an inoffensive quencher. Braudog (3773), Dayton, Ohio, USA

Flavor follows as anticipated ... sweet malt and a hint of caramel and a lightly bittered finish. Average. Tmoney99 (4777), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 27, 2005 Had this from the tap. Expected more after just having Summit’s good Extra Pale Ale. Slightly hoppy aroma and flavor. The tasting notes I took on the bar napkin included one word... "blah" GrainBeltGuzzler (249), Goodhue, Minnesota, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 14, 2005 I was eagerly anticipating a chance to try this, I made the mistake of having a two hearted before I noticed this on tap so that might contribute to the fact that this beer was very light in flavor towards the end the beer warmed to the point that some hops came out but this was just a hair lighter than desired. I little let down
