Hefeweizen? Unfiltered? no... Aroma is pleasent, wheat, lemons, all the usual stuff. Crisp, reminds me of a kolsch, slightly dry. Pours turbid gold/yellow with 1-finger, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of citrus and hops combined with cloves, and some of the banana/bubblegum duo. The flavor is citric, with a mid-palate burst of malt and some banana/clove hints.
