Nice clear Red beer with a medium head. Good malt and hops aroma that matches its flavor. Medium body with a nice clean finish. Just a touch of hops and bitter on the tail end.

12 OZ. BOTTLE. A average IPA. A hop nose with light malt. Upon tasing the hop flavor was much lighter than I was expecting. Very sweet malt for an IPA. If you like hops drink their Extra Pale Ale whic his a very good product.

Bottle. Man oh man... I used to drink the HELL out of this beer and think that it was a hop BOMB... my how times have changed. Aroma of dusty dry hops, old pine and a hint of sweeter malt. Pours a fairly attractive deep copper with a thin rocky white head. Flavor starts out fairly hoppy (citrus and pine) but fades really quickly into a odd off-putting metallic sort of maltiness (doesn’t make sense, but oh well...). Medium bodied. Good carbonation. My, how times have changed.

Heres to you Jesse! Pours amber w/ a full, semi creamy froth. Good head retention w/ a full spattered canopy of lacing that lasts the whole trip. Aromas of burnt hops. Medium nectar w/ ample residual effers creating a soft as cotton texture. Big and malty w/ chewy hops that are so mild they really don’t make the grade. Theres a mild fruity quality and a defined burnt citrus bother. The finish is mildly bittered and leaves a lingering antagonistic chared hop scab-over.

Pours to a copper penny colored body with a bready off-white/khaki colored head. Nice lacing. The aroma is sweet breads and nice fruity hops. Notes of pine. A touch light. The flavor is bitter grass and pine hops with strong mineral water. The palate is bitter and minerally. Almost so much that it has a bit of metallic-ness. A so-so bear. I’ve had many a homebrew better than this.

Short stubby bottle with a twist off cap. The aroma is a little more malty or chocolaty when compared to other IPA. The look is slightly hazy iced tea. The flavor follows the smell. It starts off with less bitterness than I usually incur with IPA and there is a little bit of a choco feeling to it. This seems to be more like a stronger APA than an IPA. Still has that hop impact but just not as strong. For example, the Southampton IPA I just had was a much worse and annoying hop bomb compared to this. This is a little laid back on the hops but is still IPA character none the less. Barely any carbonation. Finish is medicine bitter but it only lasts and lingers half as long as other more oppressive IPA.

Poured from bottle into glass. After being poured into a glass had a light amber color with a nice fluff white head that stayed for a while and left traces on the sides of the glass. The smell was hoppy and caramel. Taste was a little bit of malty caramel at first but then has a hint of a mettalic and bitter taste. The beer has a medium body not heavy at all with a nice amount of carbonation. I Didn’t expect the bitterness but liked the contrast between the first taste and then when the bitterness hit. The taste has a nice longevity to it.

Bottle thanks to Skyview! Poured clear medium coppery-amber with a short cap of off-white head and some lovely, sticky lacing. The aroma picked up sweet caramel and candy-like sweetness accented by soft, but very nice floral and citrus hoppage. The flavor had sweet caramel and candy again at the core, with a hefty grapefruit presence (both sweetness and bitterness).. pine and floral bitters accent beyond that, with citrus zest on the finish. Tasty stuff! Medium-bodied with lengthy bitterness at the finish. I’d definitely have another.
