Sep 29, 2009 Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Clear amber, small head. Evident grapefruit aroma. Mid-sweet with well rounded caramelly malt well ntergrated with grapefruity hops. ith seemless flavuor, edgeless mouthfeel and gently growing late bitterness it’s a delightful, very drinkable IPA!

Sep 27, 2009 Sampled at Famous Liquors Oktoberfest/Fall Tasting in Lombard, IL.. Poured to a sampler cup a fairly clear deep amber tone with some modest, off white head and lacing. The aroma was mainly sharp citrus as grapefruit, with a little resin. The flavor followed with some smooth malt to help balance off, finishing somewhat bitter/ dry, and on the lighter side than many IPAs.

On tap at a bar in the airport in Minneapolis/St. Paul on a layover on the way to Vegas. Pours a clear tanned amber with a medium to large beiged white head. Light hops, light grain, and a bit of straw. On the thin side of medium, nice bitter grapefruit tones and a long bitter finish. Pretty well done.
