Commercial Description:
In keeping with tradition, our India Pale Ale has a distinctive – some might even say aggressive – hop flavor.

Murky brown. Cakey, doughy and yeasty, with snappy, citrusy hops (lemon rind, sweet orange and tart tangerine). Sweet flavors (toffee and sugary grains) were light, especially compared to the sharp bitterness (grass, plant stems). Still, not a bad brew.

Tap. Mild citrus nose. Pours an orange copper with small white head. Tastes mild and mildly hopped by IPA standards. Tastes more like an Amber Ale.

Bottle Pours rust color with a white head. There was a sweetness to it, but otherwise a very refreshing beer.

Bottle - Pours a deep amber with white head. Citrus aroma. Bitter finish with a malty flavor. Just didn’t seem to work well together.

Bottle. Pours rust color with thin white head. The aroma is pine and malt. The flavor has a prominent sappy bitterness and a slightly sweet finish. Nothing special.

The second of two Summit brew’s I can find in town. Pours a orangish amber with fluffy white head. Aroma of caramel malts, pine and oranges with a flavor that follows. Mild bitter finish.

12oz bottle shared courtesy of weeare138. Poured a dark orange color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of pine, caramel and oranges. Sticky. Tastes of pine, caramel, and citrus. Bidy a tad on the thin side.
