Jun 2, 2006 Murky brown. Cakey, doughy and yeasty, with snappy, citrusy hops (lemon rind, sweet orange and tart tangerine). Sweet flavors (toffee and sugary grains) were light, especially compared to the sharp bitterness (grass, plant stems). Still, not a bad brew.

May 27, 2006 Tap. Mild citrus nose. Pours an orange copper with small white head. Tastes mild and mildly hopped by IPA standards. Tastes more like an Amber Ale.

Mar 17, 2006 The second of two Summit brew’s I can find in town. Pours a orangish amber with fluffy white head. Aroma of caramel malts, pine and oranges with a flavor that follows. Mild bitter finish.

Mar 3, 2006 12oz bottle shared courtesy of weeare138. Poured a dark orange color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of pine, caramel and oranges. Sticky. Tastes of pine, caramel, and citrus. Bidy a tad on the thin side.
