Pours a light copper color with a nice ring of white head around the top that holds nicely. Aroma is mild yet hoppy. Nice hoppy flavor that is a bit floral, not overwhelming. Mouth feel is nice and full. Back side bitttering is good. Not a bad beer to sit back and drink! CelticBrew (696), The Crystal Coast, North Carolina, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 21, 2009 Compliments of Steve-o, beer pimp king. Poured from 12 oz bottle a nice, somewhat hazy, yet medium amberish hue with a large white craggy foamy head. Aroma was decent, lightly hoppish, with ocean water and Scottish grassy hones. Flavours was balanced, not overly hammered, fairly balanced. What I would consider a "light" IPA, perhaps sessionable beer, and drinkable. Finhead (82), Illinois, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 19, 2009 It is a slightly hazy amber color with a medium off-white head and a citrus hop aroma. The initial taste is a mildly sweet wheat, then it fades to a long, bitter finish. bsp77 (202), Minnesota, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 28, 2009 Updated: Oct 29, 2009Poured from bottle into tall glass. Very clear burnished amber, with off-white head and slight lacing. Very fruity, with some bread dough, caramel and light English hops. Some caramel, toast and fruit, but strong spicy bitterness comes through especially at the finish. However, there is not much actual hop taste to back up the bitterness. Moderately high carbonation, medium body, very dry finish. Overall, A little too much bitterness in comparison to the flavor profile. But still a good example of an English IPA. jake65 (1725), Williston, North Dakota, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 28, 2009 Draft: Pours a dark orange with a large beige head. Nice sheet lacing. Aroma is hoppy, although rather modest in intensity. Florals, citrus, and faintly sweet. Flavor is much more crisp with hops than the aroma would suggest. Florals and grapefruit, some caramel sweetness before a resiny/floral finish. Not bad, but not really anything special. Cavie (1438), Fort Worth, Texas, USA
