Jun 30, 2007 From tap. Pours golden yellow with a white head. Aroma is hay and corn. Flavour is corn, soft malty with a slight sweetness. Bittersweet finish. OK maibock but doesn’t really match the original German ones.

Apr 9, 2007 On tap. Poured a light to medium amber color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of bread, grass, grain and a little fruity. Tastes of bread, grass, and the same light fruitiness. Thinner body. Overall boring for my tastes.

Sep 17, 2004 Pours a clear pale copper with a thick fizzy white head. Aroma is mildly malty, with a touch of tartness and German hops. Body has some candy like sweetness and stinging carbonation to it. This could use a little more malt and some balance to smooth it out.

May 16, 2009 Bottle... Clear golden lager with a small, fizzy, white head. Sweet aroma of honey and white pepper – a touch medicinal. Full-bodied with lively carbonation. Leans just a hair toward the bitter side of balance... moderate sweetness; medium bitterness. Sticky, bittersweet finish.

May 21, 2009 12 oz bottle–pours a foamy off white head and gold color. Aroma is lemon, Euro-skunk, light malt-bready, yeast. Taste is sweet light malt, slight bitter-herbal/spice hops, alcohol. Lots of effervescence. Not clean as a bock style lager should be. Thanks to Joe-jwc215 for picking this out.
