Bottle poured a clear copper with a minimal off white head. Aromas of sweet malt, bread, a hint of nuts and some light fruitinerss. Palate wasmedium bodied and smooth. Flavors of sweet malt, nutttiness, a hint of fruit and light spice with a smooth bittersweet finish.

A decent Oktoberfest with a kick to it. A deep copper color with a malty and hop aroma. For an Oktoberfest, this had too much hop, and that’s coming from a complete hop lover. It’s a good drinking beer, but needs more malt to be a better Oktoberfest.

12oz bottle: Skunk and malt aroma, thin. Lacking that special something that makes a really good oktoberfest bier. Disappointing, but I guess I’ll drink it anyway. I’d rather have Ayinger’s about now..

I did not care for this beer. Had an after taste I could do without. Again, similar to the Redhook Late Harvest, I expected more from a seasonal. Poured copper, with decent head, average lacing.

Pours a darkish orange. Not much aroma, a little bit of a toasty grain. Decent flavor, has a bit of a bite at the end.

Pours clear copper with a thin but thick head of nice foam. Nose is mildly hop aroma with nice medium malt. Taste is very malty with a hint of sweetness. Body is smooth. Afretaste is just a little grain. very nice beer.

Dark golden color. Small frothy head with some lacing. Not much aroma to it. Sweet, mild taste with some caramel, malty, a bit of a bitter aftertaste.

No head, dark brown, clear. Light vegetal aroma. Taste is german malt, lots of minerals, metallics. Lots of oxidation, increases in the finish. Like licking a piece of brass, yuck.
