33 cl bottle, Winnipeg, MB, Canada via Fargo. Deep golden colour, pronounced carbonation. Caramel and lightly roasted malt aroma, mellow flavor of sweet stone fruit and nice burn on the finish. Very nice.

Pours a deep copper with small off white head. Sweet spicy malt aroma with notes of toffee and caramel. Powerful spicy malt taste; good hop bite, hints of caramel, smoke & alcohol. Long lingering hoppy aftertaste. Full mouthfeel. Great autumn Marzen. Packs a little punch with the relatively high ABV.

12oz bottle. Pours redish yellow with a small off white head. Smells like caramel and corn malt. Tastes of caramel, malt, corn, bread crust, and some spice. Nice dry bittersweet finish.

Bottle thanks to swalden28. Direct quote, "Shitweed and crappy caramel corn." Sounds like a winner.

Bottle. Had this one many times before but have never rated until cracking the first bottle of the 2009 season tonight. Nice malty and slightly sweet aroma, and a nice pumpkin/amber color pour. Flavor is plenty of rich caramel maltiness and a finish that pleasantly lingers. I know this one doesn’t have the best ratings on this site, but it is still one of my favorite Oktoberfest beers.

Bottle thanks to swalden28. Pours with an orange body and an off-white head. Aroma of caramel and toast. Taste is extremely bitter for a Marzen, with some caramel and bready flavors. Light bubbles and a dry finish.
