Bottle. Pours a dark amber with a medium sized head and sweet caramel aromas. Flavor is thick and sweet caramel malt with maple syrup. It’s borderline cloying and as it warms it gets more obnoxious.

Draft, nic medium color for style, medium head that didn’t last long. Medium malt aroma with some hop notes. Tastes fairly dry on the palate with the hop bitterness coming out strongly. Malt toastiness is ok, but could be more assertive. Balance just seems a bit off. Overall, It’s drinkable and I’d buy it again, but there are better ones out there.

Aroma is full of those fruit esters, nice malty aroma, and some mild hop aromas. It’s appearance is classic reddish color, with a nice, but quickly disappating head, nice lacing. Flavor is nice, with some fruit qualities, some nice balanced bitterness, with full malty quality. It’s nicely balanced, a great brew. Quality session.

Rich and malty, with strong caramel notes, yeasty bread and sweet malts through the finish. Amazingly light-bodied for such a high abv, heat covered well here.

Pours an orange hue with almost no head. Flavor is much lighter than other octoberfests. Quite drinkable with pleasant aroma. Tastes very balanced with hints of malts as well as some sweetness to it. Over seven percent alcohol masked very well by balanced flavor and fantastic texture.
