Rich and malty, with strong caramel notes, yeasty bread and sweet malts through the finish. Amazingly light-bodied for such a high abv, heat covered well here.

Pours an orange hue with almost no head. Flavor is much lighter than other octoberfests. Quite drinkable with pleasant aroma. Tastes very balanced with hints of malts as well as some sweetness to it. Over seven percent alcohol masked very well by balanced flavor and fantastic texture.

Definitely a departure from the darker Marzens such as Sam Adams and Spaten. This read on the palate, and call me wild, almost like a saison. Very clear bronze color. Didn’t realize it was above 7% abv. Decent amount of carbonation and mild flavors. Nothing pronounced, a bit watery. Still drinkable and more digestible than other marzens.

This beer starts out nice enough with an attractove copper color with an off white head. The had totally dissipates. Aroma is quite bready with lot of maltiness and sweet bread. Flavor is overy sweet for my palate and also seems to have a bit of an off vegetable flavor. Better options are available.

Pour is a very clear ruby with an off white head. Aroma is roasted malts and some yeast in there. Flavor is well balanced of malts, yeast, barley, hops and has a roasted flavor along with it. Mouthfeel is pretty smooth, and has a nice bitter end. Overall a pretty good brew.

Pours completely translucent bronze color with small light tan head. Aroma is malty, some caramel and biscuit. Flavor is good, very similar to the aroma, rich and toasted malts. Rich creamy palate adds to the enjoyment.

pours a clear copper amber with no head so to speak. aroma is toasted biscuity malt. a little grainy. Flavour is nice toasty malt, slightly bitter with a clean finish. Hides the 7.4% very well.
