Very nice aroma, hard to explain. Not too much a fan of the pilsner style but it is one of the better ones i’ve had. averyblund (19), Michigan, USA

Sure it is nice but with the other Summits availible I cannot foresee picking this one up again. Its simple and tasty with a nice mellow flavour. If you are a pilsner fan this is a must try, otherwise try one of Summit’s better brews. Metalhead (572), Lake Zurich, Illinois, USA

Not much too it. Tiny aroma of fruity hops. Not much in way of flavor. I.E,didn’t offend. It was wet, slightly crisp and went down in a couple minutes. Good "lawn mower" beer. | 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 9/20 | Feb 13, 2007 Not a big fan of Pilsener, but I had three at a poker game. Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a pint-like glass. Came out light golden with a medium white head. Very little smell, just a note of citrus and hops. The taste was thin as I would expect from this type of beer, but it was drinkable. Notes of citrus with a slightly bitter finish. I detected a lemony taste, but only after I had some pizza. Not bad, but it won’t be a regular with me.

I get a huge toasted cereal malt flavor that is fairly sweet. It is drier in the finish, though still with a lot of toasted cereal and a bit of floral hop tanginess. Medium body, moderate carbonation, and fairly smooth.

Flavor is sweet malt with just a hint of hops. Ok I guess, just not a big fan of Bohemian Pilseners. MattShizzle (385), Bernville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 2, 2007 Bottle. Light golden and clear. Not nearly hoppy enough for a bohemian pilsner. Somewhat sweet. Slight off flavor (unrecognizable), too. DJC (238), USA

Yeasty, malty aroma. Flavor is fairly well balanced between malts and hops. Finish is pretty clean, but there is a little hop bitterness that lingers for a while. Carbonation is fitting for this style, and the overall mouthfeel is very smooth. Extremely drinkable. I’ll have another!
