Slightly hazy golden color with a medium off white head. Mild aroma of wheat. Spiced flavor with hints of citrus and hops. Tastes similar to a hefeweizen.

Pours a clear golden color with a thick frothy white head with medium carbonation. Coriander, wheat, light apple and banana esters compose the aroma for this brew. Flavor has a pronounced coriander note with a very sweet and nice spiciness overall. Wheat malt and a very smooth sweetness with some light citrus notes round out the brews flavor. Beer has a medium mouth feel and is kinda creamy feeling. Overall a very spicy sweet brew that is a definite yes for drinking.

It scores "light" in many of the categories such as color, flavor duration and body. Only average overall flavor for beers in this category.

12oz shorty bottle. Hazy orange, with a effervescent carbonation and head. Fragrant spiced candy orange aroma. Heavily spiced, but with a creamy, fluffy body that makes it highly palatable. Spicy aftertaste, certainly not trying to be a Hoegaarden clone. Sage, cardamom, clove. Pretty good.

Shaker pour @ moto-i. Completely murky, yet glowing golden. Has a slightly sticky lacing. Cannot see through it. The beer is just a coriander bomb throughout, not much more. A bit more citric in the aroma and more mineral and earthy in the flavor. Fortunately, I heart coriander.

Pours a hazy gold with a thin white head. Aroma of citrus fruit and some wheat. Tastes of wheat, yeast, bread, citrus fruits, coriander, caramal, spices and pine. Medium bodied and a decent summer beer overall.

Sampled at the Summit tasting at Blacklick Wine & Spirits on 5/14/09. Cloudy gold pour with a medium white head. Yeasty aroma with some tartness and malt. Citrus flavor with some Belgian yeast and a malty finish.

On tap at Summit Brewery following a tour. Pours cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Smells like spicy yeast with a bubblegum sweetness. Taste adds cardamom, orange, and banana.
