Pale gold body with a fine white head. Zesty aroma consisting of coriander, bananas, and steamed buns. Palate is light and oily up front with good carbonation leaking through. Very nice flavor. Some citrus, yeast, and spice for sure. Finishes clean and crisp. A good example of one of my favorite beer types.

Distinct coriander aroma and flavor. Otherwise a nice spicy, drinkable wheat beer.

Draft at Dixie’s on Grand. Pours a hazy, yellow-orange body with a dense, white foam head. Aroma of malts, yeast, citrus, and coriander with a hint of banana. Flavor is more of the same. Light to medium bodied with a lively fizzy mouthfeel. Finishes a tad watery with banana and coriander notes. An enjoyable beer for a hot summer day.

Draft at Beer Sellar, KY. Poured hazy orange with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate yeasty orange citrus aroma. Light to medium body with a light sticky texture. Medium citrus sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

Pours a cloudy pale yellow, with a tiny white head. Aroma of corriander and somthing nasty I can’t quite put my finger on. Flavor is mainly wheat with a bit of corriander spice. Palate is fizzy on the tongue and dry. Overall an odd beer, and a bit of a disappointment. Not terrible but not particularly good either.

Light amber appearance, somewhat hazy. The aroma is very herbal; it’s easy to tell that coriander was used in making this beer. The herbal aroma continues when tasting the beer; the wheat flavor is more subtle. The beer is moderately smooth. I like it quite a bit myself, and overall, I’d say it’s a very worthwhile beer to give a try, especially if you like beers that have more of an herbal tint to them.

White, fluffy head, slight darker in color that your standard Wit. Wheaty aroma, but with extra spice. Same goes for the flavor - think a pretty good Wit, with some pumpkin pie spice thrown in. Slightly bizarre, but refreshing, and pretty tasty.
