Aroma a very light citrus with smooth floral notes that balance it out. Flavor is a bit of grain/yeast with citrus and coriander twist. Body is light with a lot carbonation. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 5, 2008 Pours a pale yellow with a big foamy head. Flavor is slightly sweet with some grain and spice. Light bodied. Lingering mild citrus spice aftertaste. Nice summer quencher. Pretty decent Summit offering. phishpond417 (1953), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 4, 2008 Nice beer overall Pours a cloudy orange colour with plenty of wheat, soft floral aromas, creamy taste. It had a peppery finish after each sip and a unique fruity mouthfeel. Pleasent coriander-orange flavors.. pears, bananna, lemon were noticeable. Great brewery we do not hear enough of. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 1, 2008 pours a hazy light gold with a tight white head.
Aroma is lemon citrus, wheat, slight ammonia, a spice that must be the cardamom...
Flavour is citrus and clove spice. Lively carbonation but a slightly funky finish that I can’t place. tytoanderso (1387), St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 30, 2008 Sample from a 12oz bottle. Fairly straightforward Wit aroma. Plenty of fruity esters, spice with a touch of off putting mildew. Pours a hazed gold with a bright white head. Fairly spicy on the palate with nutmeg (?) and coriander being the most dominant, clove and sweeter wheat as well. Medium bodied, creamy with spritzy carbonation. Finishes rather dry. Definitely one of Summit’s better offerings. msuspar10 (1), USA does not count | 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | May 23, 2008 A very light sipping beer. Slight orange flavor. Touches of cardamom and coriander make this a great sipping beer for summer or enjoyed with some fresh fish. BritAlesRule (84), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 21, 2008 Chimay chalice. Nice aroma. Spices very apparent. Dirty gold in color with the yeasties floating around the bottom of the glass. Lacing dissipates quickly. Orange peel and coriander in the nose don’t quite translate to the taste as much as I would have liked. Mild bitterness on the tongue doesn’t distract. I picked this up a small liquor store just looking for something unfiltered. Refreshing. A good summer brew. Aggie80 (708), Michigan, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 19, 2008 Clean yellow pour and a touch of head. Malty flavor with just a hint of spicing. I would have liked stronger spices in this one. Nice flavor good for a hot summer day when too much spice isn’t good.
