On tap at the den. Pours like a barleywine. Smells great -- full of honey, cloves, pine, floral hops, and orange rind. Dries out in flavor, especially on the mid-palate, unfortunately. Tastes of dry hops and ruby red grapefruit. Could definitely use an element of sweetness to balance out all of the bitterness.

pours hazy and the color of caramel before cream is added to it. it is capped by a lasting soft off white head and a bunch of clingy, drippy lacing. big time floral aroma... sweet caramel offset by leafy hops, grass, mild pine, earthy spice and orange. the palate is a bit on the sweet side but the hops and alcohol do a really good job of drying it out... the flavor is similar to the aroma with its abundance of hoppy goodness... add in brown sugar, florals, citrus and ashiness with a bitter dry finish. the body borders full with a super slick creamy mouth feel. nice... 7/4/8/4/16/3.9

On tap at Sun Up. Pours a deep clear red with a off white head. Aroma is honey, caramel, hops. Flavor is sweet honey, caramel, hops. Nice balance of hops and sweetness, and very unique. Good brew, enjoyed this one.

Sweet, some roast and light honey to the aroma. Red body with off-white head. The flavor is like biting into a sweet juicy piece of red candy and malt adds some thickening agent. It has a sticky sweet somewhat dry honey aftertaste on the palate.
