Bottle: Dull golden, hazy, very minor fizzy head, dies quickly, spotty lacing.   Musty grainy nose, a little sourness is exhibited as well.   Pale malt flavor, somewhat weak, but fairly clean.   Not as sour as suggested by the nose.   Not very crisp tho, leaving a rough wheat like coating in the mouth.   Body and mouthfeel are a bit on the thin side.   Pretty uninteresting.   Thanks Ken and Jordan for the bottles!

Color is a deep yellow, amber with a minimal white head. Aroma is a faint combination of hops and malt. Taste is again mild, with malt, grain, and a woodlike flavor. Very soothing to drink, finishes with a clean and dry note.

Bottle Pours a clear very pale yellow, with a nice dense creamy white head that slowly dissipates to a skin. Lacing is quite nice a lasting. Light grain aroma, barekly detectable hop note and a light woody/papery aroma as well. Flavor is a soft light malt wood flavor again. Nice palate though and no bitterness. Easy to down and not at all unpleasant. Not bad for a style I am not fond of in general.

Golden bronze color with sticky light head and mild lacing. Nose of light floral hops and peaches, some crisp malts and toasty grain. Tastes nutty with some very light watery grain and a light body. Fairly decent foundation and easy drinking. This brewery loves to market their lagers and keep their goodies indoors. Sweet and floral finish and a dry tail. Decent.

We used to offer this at a bar I worked at in Sun Valley and I couldn't even bring myself to reccomend it to tourists. Pretty much a higher priced version of a macrobrew.

Gold pour with no head. Sweet malty nose. Flavors are malt with underlying nuts. Very nice finish. A tasty Lager.

I have only had one of other from this brewer the white cloud ale and did not care for it all that much and I think I am starting a trend with this one. Anyway, golden color with a fastly dissipating head. A nice aroma, with a big malty flavor and an almost buttery toffee aftertaste. Slightly sweet but bitter at the same time, but overall not enough to save this one from becoming bland in the finish.
