Tap at brewpub: Dark, quite dark brown with a tan head. It has tangy coffee flavors running throughout with a pleasant roasted aroma.

On Tap at the brewpub. Very dark brown black color with a thick creamy tan head that stayed the 20 min it sat there. Very slight roasted aroma. Big soft slightly sweet roasted flavor. Soft creamy feel and just a bit of roasted bitter at the end.

Dark ruby color with light tan head that dissipates after a bit; lots of lacing stay around. The aroma is lightly metallic with some burnt chocolate notes, also fruity. The flavor is very hopped with a smoky coffee finish. Overall I find this to be flavorful, but somewhat lacking in body, watery even.

Dark brown pour with a touch of ruby, and a creamy off white head. Good lace. Chocolate, coffee and roast malts filled with hops. Roasted malts, more chocolate and again some floral hops in the flavors. Medium body, pretty hoppy palate and a nice finish. Very nice porter.

Had on tap at the brewery/restaurant. Dark in color with a small head. Nice coffee and malty aroma and flavor. Smooth on the palate but the alcohol balances well with the sweetness. Watery thin palate.
