Oct 24, 2007 Tap @ Bittercreek Alehouse: Pours a dark amber color. Nose of light malt and faint floral hop, too much estery yeast though. The flavor is estery, bright yeast and caramel malt, light apple and grass in the tail. Lacking body and a bit too fruity.
