| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jun 25, 2006 Bottle: Vibrant amber, thin sudsy white head, sparce lacing, low carbonation. Grainy malt nose, somewhat reminds of me of ramen noodles that have yet to be cooked. Thin malt flavor, very thin. What malt flavor is that dissipates very quickly. Very slight toastiness at the finish. Rather boring, but glad to add another label to the collection. Thanks to Ken and Jordan for each sending a bottle!

| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/20 | Jan 13, 2004 i had this beer in sun valley (hailey, idaho) at the sun valley brewpub and it was bad! i looked around the corner to see the brewing area and yikes!! it was dirty dark and wet. guess we know why the beer tastes awful. then later in the trip we had it on tap at a local bar and saw it on the shelf everywhere. it wasnt nearly as bad tasting the second time. the brewing cant all take place at the brewpub in hailey. they didnt appear to have a bottler or capacity for kegging. the other sun valley beer (the better ones) were probably brewed at another outlet all together that actually take pride in brewing and knows it needs to be spick and span to maintain a clean atmosphere to brew. try it in the bottle or away from the brewpub. I wish it was something good. Hrmm, something... here goes: Miller and cardboard. And not the good kind of cardboard. I'm going to try to stomach this one... wish me luck. harlequinn (2745), Tacoma, Washington, USA

Very unbalanced, and poorly, dare I say poorly brewed. BückDich (4857), McCall, Idaho, USA

Pellucid crayon orange color, very little head and what was there dissipated quickly. Nose is musky, rotten wheat, bleach, clove, formula 409 and diaper. Flavor is salty/bitter, reminiscent of rotten cloves or overripe bananas. Palate is sticky and staying, bubble gum/ass aftertaste.
