Taste:crispy hops, fizzy, bit butter, nice aftertaste. KnutAlbert (2174), Oslo, Norway Jul 6, 2007 Quite malty, and with some aromatic hops, certainly way better than a standard lager. Not really impressive, though. omhper (10438), Stockholm, Sweden Jun 21, 2007 Updated: Jul 5, 2007Draught at the brewpub. Pale yellow, minimal head. Light grassy nose. Light bodied and very dry with crisp malt underneath a thin blanket of grassy, spicy hops. Long grassy bitter finish. A good, quenching pils, which was not what I expected when the bored bartender splashed the pale yellow liquid into an oversized glass without caring, and then handed me the half full glass with a yawn. Unfiltered. Light orange hazy wheaty colour. thin white head. Initial aroma is eggy farts, but it resolves to something grainy. Has hin
ts of mustard! Taste is a simple combination of light malt and subtle, but quite potent, hops. Great summer beer.
Original rating:
Draught (Suomenlinna Panimoravintola, Helsinki).
Grassy aroma common with pilsners. Fresh hoppiness makes up for thin malt body. Unexceptional for the style, but not bad. (4-2-5-2-12=2.5)
