Super 35 Brune de Cerfontaine

Very thick-set, cream coloured head, irregular, over chestnut-cola coloured beer. Very outspoken coriander nose, soupy, sweet malt and colouring. Citrus, and lots of sugar, even melasses, but ending sweet. All the time "enriched" by the evil seeds, of course. Just ast the blonde, very fizzy, overcarbonized. Despite this, there’s an oily slickness, leaving a film on the tongue. Certainly not Silenrieux’ best try. One would believe Du Bocq.
