| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Oct 22, 2006 Muddy golden color; frothy head. The aroma is biting and spicy, with an herbal touch, interesting enough. The mouthfeel is dry, with some malt flavor, strong spicy character; with a bitterness typical of Belgian Ales, almost astringent (probably also because the yeast still in the bottle is too much).
