Bottled as La Botteresse Blonde. A hazy light amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and vanilla. The flavor is sweet and also with notes of malt and vanilla, leading to a dry finish.

Bottled (as La Botteresse Blonde), thanks oh6gdx! Cloudy pale orange small head. Yeasty orangey nose. Orvallish perfumy funkiness and rich amounts of hay-like sweaty hops. Medium bodied with spritzy mouthfeel and long bitter spicy finish. Quite brilliant!

Muddy golden color; frothy head. The aroma is biting and spicy, with an herbal touch, interesting enough. The mouthfeel is dry, with some malt flavor, strong spicy character; with a bitterness typical of Belgian Ales, almost astringent (probably also because the yeast still in the bottle is too much).
