Aug 9, 2009 Bottled (as La Botteresse Blonde), thanks oh6gdx! Cloudy pale orange small head. Yeasty orangey nose. Orvallish perfumy funkiness and rich amounts of hay-like sweaty hops. Medium bodied with spritzy mouthfeel and long bitter spicy finish. Quite brilliant!

May 21, 2007 Bottled. Hazy yellowish orange colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Aroma is fruits, yeast and some slight rubbery hints. Flavour is caramel, fruits, hops, spices and some yeast. A bit similar to the ambree.

Oct 22, 2006 Muddy golden color; frothy head. The aroma is biting and spicy, with an herbal touch, interesting enough. The mouthfeel is dry, with some malt flavor, strong spicy character; with a bitterness typical of Belgian Ales, almost astringent (probably also because the yeast still in the bottle is too much).
