| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 19, 2009 draft at binny’s south loop. Pours reddish amber with an off white head. Nice floral and citrus hop aroma. Medium bodied with average carbonation and slight creaminess to the mouthfeel. Malt backbone of caramel and toasted malts countered by an assertive bitterness that adds notes of orange, grass, and grapefruit. Slight resiny finish. Good, but I was expecting much better.
