I have my doubts about this. satan165 (617), River Grove, Illinois, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 23, 2009 This poured a slightly cloudy yellow color with a big white head. Aroma was peppery, some belgian spice, bittering hops, light fruit, and some sweetness too. Flavor was very sweet, with balancing from grassy hops, and the belgian spice character. Pretty interesting and different stuff. vikingguy (157), Chaska, Minnesota, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 17, 2009 Pours a hazy yellow w/ small white head. Aroma of earthy hops, fruity and cereal grains. Great taste...wish I wouldn’t have read the description before I rated it so my rating would be more objective, but the brewery’s description is spot on: peppery notes mixed with apricot & peach. Actually reminds me of a peach flavored chardonnay I’ve had only less sweet. Dry finish, lingering peach on the palate. Only negative would be a bit of an astrigent aftertaste. This is only the second or third Saison I’ve had and this is the best...It really does taste a lot like the others I’ve tried (dry, fruity, yeasty, medium body)...an interesting style of beer. Estery, spicy, light colored fruits, little bit of wheat, very light mustiness, crisp graininess, mild tartness, floral and bitter hops on the drier finish. Very easy, could drink it all day. Send cans to FL, please. From notes. fata2683 (932), Panama City, Florida, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 7, 2009 can, pours hazy orange with a medium frothy white head. Sazz hop and wheat aroma with light notes of orange and lemon. Nice bubblegum flavor of wheat and clove, with a nice spicing and sweetness. There is a little of that peppery sazz in the finish, but really more clean than anything else. This is a good brew.
