Commercial Description:
Oh great, a fizzy yellow beer in a can, that's just what the craft beer world needs! CynicAle melds Old World ingredients in a new school style. French malted barley, English oats and Belgian yeast create honey and black pepper flavors. Lively Slovenian hops provide the floral, apricot and peach notes. Toss your doubts away, toss one back and enjoy!

16 oz can from hellomynameis; Nose is sweet, apircots, and light belgian spices; urine yellow witha big yellow-tinged head; flavor has a little tartness, peppery spiciness, and alittle bitterness in the finish. Decent saison!

Wow, was not a big fan. My first impression from the aroma was corn which was unpleasant. I got a lot of hops and pepper in the flavor with hints of other spices and more malt. Overall, this beer reminded me of a poorly made beer that tried to cover up with extra spices. Would not buy again.

A delightfully pear and honey-like aroma is gentle and sweet. Beer is a lovely golden orange color with a full, frothy head. Flavor is tangy and somewhat peppery, punctuated by notes of lemon, toasted malt, and ripe peaches. Finish is long and somewhat less bitter than expected. Would be fantastic with a the new Pastureland cheese, Meadowlark, after an exceptionally long week at work. Happy 100th beer, me!

Can thanks to BeerZack.
Pours a glowing orange color with light white head. Smell is yeasty and lightly fruity and with nice, noticeable, grassy hops. Taste is fruity, yeasty, and lightly hoppy. Medium bodied and slightly drying. Pretty tasty and a nice hoppy take on a saison which I much prefer. Well done.

Can courtesy of theisti. Pours a lightly hazy golden orange with a small whitish head that quickly diminishes to a thin cap at the surface. The nose is sweet and peppery all at once with a light, fruity (peach-like) Belgian yeast note tying the whole thing together. Medium-bodied and slightly grainy with a mildly dry peach pit bitterness at the finish. Mildly sweet, floral and fruity with notes of apricots and pepper drying at the finish with a subtle Belgian yeastiness. This is a pretty nice beer. Thanks for the can, Tim. :)

Not sure what to make of this. It definetly got better as it warmed up, at first there was not a whole lot of flavor. A very dry spicy flavor, not as deep as some other saisons ive had but everything is present. Very good for outdoor summer drinking.

Courtesy theisti. Darkish golden, lightly carbonated. Aroma is spicy with candied fruit, honey and bubblegum. Flavor is simlar. Sounds complex but it comes across as tightly stuck together, a tad cloying, and a little overdone, not refreshing. More phenolic than it needs to be, perhaps.
