Drank this as the Chargers laid down for the Patriots.Hazy amber/orange color with nice head. Pine and citrus aroma. The taste was surprisingly hoppy. The hops were nice and strong on the palate with a sharp bitter finish. Felt guilty drinking this out the can, but hey, that’s what it came in. pnista (1008), Bloomington, Indiana, USA

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Feb 23, 2008 draft at clark street alehouse. this was a breath of fresh air last night. the only good beer in a sea of... i dont know, something. anyways. orange/copper color with a nice off white head. intense aroma of grapefruit and citrus hops. taste is decently balanced, pretty damned bitter back end. no doubt it’s an IPA, and a massively hoppy one at that. why it was $6 for a snifter i don’t know. i’m pretty much just rating it so i don’t have zero ratings for february 2008 MadIndian (997), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA
