Oct 9, 2007 Notes from GTMW ’06. Murky orange yellow with moderate off-white head. Aroma of light smoke and grapefruit. Flavor is much the same with moderate bitterness and some alcohol warmth. It was also slightly stale, but not musty. Medium bodied. Strange, but good!

May 6, 2007 Draft. 2006 GTM. Bitter aroma. Very, very cloudy yellow. Large bubble head. Interesting appearance. Grapefruit, Greyhound appearance. Rauchbier character . Strong fresh, bold. Very nice beer.

Dec 9, 2006 Special beer on tap at the 06 GTMW. Aroma of flowers and smoked sausage and grapefruit. Crazy, just like breakfast. Very cloudy, straw-yellow that reminds me of buttermilk. Very smoked, woody, sausage spices. Mid-palate sweet malt with noticeable grapefruit hops in the finish. Interesting and unique. Medium body, creamy with average carbonation.
