Commercial Description:
"Aurum" er det latinske ord for ”Guld”. Med sin dybe farve og glans, den udpræget milde smag og det drilske nap humle forfører den som en lille Venus, der titter frem af skummet. Venus, som forførte Trojas Anchises og med ham fik sønnen der blev stamfader til Romerne. Undergæret.

Bottle, 5.5%. Dusty aroma, slightly vinous. Hazy dark copper colour. Nice stable white head. The flavour is mildly sweet with a hint of fruit. Quite malty, sweetish dark malt. Distinct bitterness, quite rough, but very clean. Very good mouthfeel.

Bottled. Nice amber colour with small slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruity, a bit earthy and quite big on the malty side (both caramelly and bready). Flavour is being quite much the same in a very nice balance. A bit sweet, but still enormously pleasant.

Dark gold, with a fine white head. Hints of peach and melon on the nose, plus malt. Honeyish and smooth on the tongue with herbal hop notes, not too fizzy, a nicely balanced summer beer.

Draught at Svaneke beer festival. Clear deep amber color with a fine white head. Sweet caramel and grass in the aroma. Clean grassy hop bitter flavor with a very modest sweetness, nice.
