Hand bottled from tap. Thanks Scheffel. Pours deep brown coloured with a small off white head. Aromas of roasted malt, a bit dusty, hops and spruce. Flavours of licorice, bitter hops, roasted malt and resin. Tasty brew.

Dark brown with a small tan head. Perfumed hoppy aroma with pine, citrus, and flowers. Dry and hoppy flavour with citrus and pine dominating. A roasted note in the aftertaste gives away the colour.

On tap. Pours a cloudy and completely opaque dark brown with an off-white head. Fat notes of aroma hops in the nose. Quite full-bodied, roasted malt accents, some coffee in the fore but then the American aroma hops really take over leaving a distinct bitterness. This is serious stuff! 250809

Hand bottled. An unclear dark brown beer with a thin lazing brown head. The aroma has strong notes of hops - grapefruit, nuts, caramel, and sweet malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops - grapefruit and hay, as well as notes of caramel, nuts, chocolate, sweet malt, and lighter notes of roasted malt and fruit.
